This is a article that I found interesting in one of my e-mails that I wish to pass on.

Who wouldn’t choose pleasure over pain?

For your next article, consider how you can identify with your readers by promoting how they can achieve pleasure.

Let’s get started.

To identify what is pleasurable for your audience or their pleasure principles, we need to address two simple questions:

What do your customers enjoy or want to experience?
How does your niche deliver those experiences?

For example, imagine the article you’re going to write using this template is targeting small business owners who are curious about article marketing. Some pleasure principles you may consider:

Pleasure of gaining a competitive advantage.
Pleasure of having traffic.
Pleasure of building credibility.
Pleasure of increasing visibility and brand awareness.

Focus on one pleasure principle so you don’t overwhelm your readers (save other pleasure principles for later). Next, identify the specific details (strengths/benefits) that are reader-oriented and will help enhance or achieve this pleasure principle.

The Pleasure Principles Article Template:

Introduction: Hook the reader in the first 2-3 sentences by succinctly identifying your targeted audience’s needs and wants. Introduce the pleasure principle.
Describe the benefits of obtaining the pleasure principle: In the next paragraph, provide an overview of the strengths/benefits directly pertaining to the reader achieving this pleasure principle.
Ingredients to acquire pleasure principle: In the following paragraph(s), explain how readers can achieve the pleasure principle with your recommended plan.
Provide an Example: Before closing the article, be sure to give an example or two of how others have achieved this pleasure principle by following your recommended plan.
Conclusion: In the closing paragraph, pull all of the ingredients back together to summarize your pleasure principle plan and provide one last memorable call-to-action.

Achieving pleasure over pain can work wonders! Help your audience find pleasurable solutions to their needs by using this article template to make your next article both memorable and inspiring.

I went to a heart and stroke meeting with my wife, who is a volunteer for the local Hamilton Heart and Stroke Foundation. They raise public awareness and raise money for research.

My wife has had a double heart bypass. Her arteries to the heart were too plugged for a simple stint solution. She did not suffer a real heart attack. On ocassion she will have to use nitroglicerene. Heart disease is the number 1 killer of women, even more than cancer.

A heart attack occurs when blood flow to a part of your heart is blocked for a long enough time that part of the heart muscle is damaged or dies.

Symptons for Heart Attack

A heart attack is a medical emergency. If you have symptoms of a heart attack, call 911 or your local emergency number right away.

DO NOT try to drive yourself to the hospital.
DO NOT DELAY. You are at greatest risk of sudden death in the early hours of a heart attack.

Chest pain is the most common symptom of a heart attack. You may feel the pain in only one part of your body, or it may move from your chest to your arms, shoulder, neck, teeth, jaw, belly area, or back.

The pain can be severe or mild. It can feel like:

A tight band around the chest
Bad indigestion
Something heavy sitting on your chest
Squeezing or heavy pressure

The pain usually lasts longer than 20 minutes. Rest and a medicine called nitroglycerin may not completely relieve the pain of a heart attack. Symptoms may also go away and come back.

Other symptoms of a heart attack include:

Anxiety
Cough
Fainting
Light-headedness, dizziness
Nausea or vomiting
Palpitations (feeling like your heart is beating too fast or irregularly)
Shortness of breath
Sweating, which may be very heavy

My friend Bob suffered a stroke and was lucky enough to get treatment within 3 hours, so there was no permanent damage to his brain.

Stroke

Stroke symptoms usually come on suddenly, and should always be treated as a medical emergency. They include a sudden onset of any of the following:

Weakness of the face, arm, and/or leg on one side of body
Numbness in the face, arm, and/or leg one side of body
Inability to understand spoken language
Inability to speak
Inability to write

When I was a teenager I played lacrosse. All I had for equipment was a lacrosse stick and running shoes. Lacrosse is touted as the fastest game on two feet.
